The wind has died down, finally allowing us to get out of Skagway's Harbor and on to Haines. It is 4:00 in the morning but light out as we untie the lines and cast off, anxious to see other sights and get closer to our July 19th reservation date to enter Glacier Bay National Park.
Clouds hide the tops of the mountains. Waterfalls appear under the clouds, cascading down to the waters below. What beautiful views as I enjoy a cup of coffee (yes, Starbucks!).
Great job on the blog Jean. It is wonderful being able to follow your adventures. I am so glad you and Andrea got to catch fish. The meal you guys prepared looks like it came straight out of a fancy restuarant. We all miss you guys and are cheering for you.
