Enjoying another beautiful sunny morning at Skagway we spend the morning just enjoying the scenery and the quiet life on a boat. Completing some housekeeping chores and some boat maintenance we decide to spend the day exploring the town of Skagway and make plans for a morning of fishing with Fat Salmon Charters on Saturday at 8:00 AM, hoping to fill our freezers with salmon. With four experienced cooks on board we enjoy making our meals together, combining our skills to produce culinary delights. Last night we enjoyed salmon, previously caught by Andrea, with a ginger and orange marmalade glaze and a spinach, tomato, bacon, feta cheese salad. Yummy!
